Where are you based?

In beautiful Palma de Mallorca.

We are not getting married in Mallorca. Are you still available?

Absolutely, not a problem! Throughout my career, I have photographed weddings all over the world from China to the United States and always look forward to traveling.

What type of photography do you offer?

I mainly photograph weddings but also love shooting engagements, pre-wedding and honeymoon sessions, portraits and boudoir.

How long have you been shooting weddings?

2019 marks my 14th year!

How would you describe your photography style?

A mix of documentary, editorial and modern fine art. I am drawn to capture the real moments as they are happening and wrap them in exceptionally beautiful natural light. This combination of storytelling through the eye of a fine art photographer gives my images their distinct look. I tell my clients’ wedding day stories with authentic, happy and gorgeous images. My editing style is clean and timeless. Flash is used sparingly and only were absolutely necessary.

How would you describe your ideal client?

Kind, following their heart and trusting their gut. A person who appreciates art and human connection. Someone who cannot wait to marry their soulmate and who wants to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest without stressing about every tiny detail.

We don’t want to be away from our guests for a portrait session. Is that okay?

Absolutely. I understand that not all of my clients are interested in a full bride & groom session to have their portraits taken. This is your wedding day and I am happy to adapt to your wishes. How about just 30 minutes for a few images of only the two of you? After all, these will most likely be the photos you are going to frame or use for thank you cards.

We want to have a full bride & groom session to get our portraits taken on our wedding day, how much time should we plan on?

Perfect! I really love having a bit of extra time to create stunning and relaxed portraits of my couples! I recommend 1 hour. In an ideal scenario, this would be the golden hour before sunset when the light is the most magical.

How do you edit your images?

All images you receive will be individually edited by me to enhance exposure, contrast and color. I prefer clean images with a fine art touch, just like those you have seen on my website. Filters if any will be used sparingly. My goal is to deliver timeless images that hold up well over time.

Can you liquefy me in Photoshop to look skinnier/curvier/taller/make my nose look smaller/etc.?

No. I do not provide body altering. I believe everyone is beautiful in their unique way and happy girls are the prettiest.

How many images do you take and how many do we receive?

I shoot an average of 2000 images on a full wedding day and deliver around 600. That being said some images will not be delivered since they were solely taken as steps to achieve the final image selection. I discard of these ‘helper’ photos during the download process.

Will we receive all the images you took, even the RAW files?

No. Raw files will never be given to a client. Raw images are not intended as the final product. (also see answer above).

We do not want you to show our images on your website/blog/Instagram. Is that ok?

I am a wedding photographer and without the possibility of showing my recent work to other couples I would not be able to keep my business alive. Past clients found me through the images I displayed on my website, blog or Instagram and future clients will find me through those exact same channels. If privacy is a concern I will not share your names along any photos.

How will we see our images?

You will receive a link and a password to access your personal online gallery.

How long after our wedding will see our images?

I will send you a sneak peek within 1 to 2 weeks and your full gallery will be ready within 4-6 weeks.

Will we receive the digital files?

Yes. All wedding collections include the high-resolution digital files for you to keep, share and make prints from.

Do you photograph weddings by yourself?

Yes. I prefer photographing smaller weddings up to 150 guests alone so I can really blend in and be (almost) invisible. I recommend a second shooter only for larger weddings or in cases where the bride and groom get ready in different locations.

Can we meet before booking you?

Yes of course! I would love to get to know you and hear how you envision your wedding day. We can meet via Skype or Facetime anytime.

Which languages do you speak?

English & German. Still working on my Spanish.

What gear do you use?

I shoot with Nikon’s professional series cameras and prime lenses only and have backup equipment as well. My absolute favorites lenses are the 58 1.4 and 85 1.4.

Do you offer wedding albums as well?

Yes! My albums are handcrafted, printed on fine art paper and bound in beautiful linen. They are truly an heirloom piece and the perfect way to get your images of your hard drive and hold a piece of your unique history in your hands. Please see my price list for more information.

How do we book you?
